The bed was really comfy, with a good duvet. I slept so well. The women were cleaning the stairs and moping the floors constantly. But my room had issues. The bedroom door handle was practically falling off. The safe door fell off when I open it. I reported it, as I didn't want to get billed for breaking it. I reported it, but the maintenance guy never turned up in the 3 days I was there. And there was mold in the bathroom on the blinds. You could smell it when you entered the bathroom. I had seen other reports about mold. The hotel must read these reviews and I don't understand why they don't do anything about it. Its a shame. I enjoyed my stay there and would stay again. But they need to address the mold issues. The cleaners must smell it too.

Nice hotel, but NOT sound proof

The actual hotel itself was fine, clean and nice. The front desk staff was nice and very helpful. But we booked a sound proof room... and the room was NOT sound proof. You could hear someone sneeze in the rooms down the hall. There was also a club was right near us, and the music was extremely loud most nights. To the point where we could not sleep. The parking lot was very questionable, and the attendants were somewhat rude and not helpful. They would demand us to park closer to the hotel (to be double parked) however the whole parking lot had open spaces, and was meant for the hotel. Note also the tub, we didnt have enough hot water, and it was luke warm. And the jets smelled like sulfur. Overall the hotel itself is fine and nice.

This is a basic hotel, which is good value for money. However, the bathroom is rundown and needs renovation . The room itself was clean in general, but the teacup provided had a horrible dirty ring around it, which is not ideal. Some of the accessories such as the remote control for the very good AC needed an urgent clean. The other issue is staff members smoking just outside the entrance. Admittedly passive smoking is prevalent in North Macedonia. Overall, not a bad experience at the price.

Det är ett helt ok hotell, med nära till allt. Gamla stan ligger precis runt hörnet. Personalen är väldigt trevlig och rummen är fräscha och fina.

Konaklama ve Şehir.

Üsküp için mükemmel bir konumda. Mekanlar olsun, tarihi olsun, casino olsun hepsine yakın. Televizyon Youtube'a vs bağlanmıyordu ama Türk kanallarını içinde barındırması güzel. (Üsküpte dikkat edin taksiciler ve hediyelik eşya satıcıları iyi geçiriyor :D).
