The location is outstanding. Their parking lot is a little hard to find, though if you follow their instructions (sent on check-in day), you will get there. The front desk folks were very helpful with suggestions for dining, and the Old Town is about a 10 minute walk for shopping. We'd definitely stay there again.

I had a lovely view from my room and had a fantastic massage at the spa. the pool was fabulous. the breakfast was just ok. as a westerner, wasn’t much i’m used to so I stuck with melon and croissants. the location was great only negative was hearing the people outside from my 4th floor room. would recommend and definitely stay again.

Excellent service but bad AC

It was a bit difficult for me to review my stay at Bliss Palace Hotel & Spa. The location was very good, close to the central and restaurants. We arrived and got our room on 4th floor, but we noticed fast the AC wasn't working and the room was very hot. Got very good service from kind and helpful staff and was transferred to a new room on 5th floor which had slightly better AC but not fully as we would have hoped for, it was very warm during our visit. It worked but not what we had hoped for. Another downside was that the hotel WiFi was very weak and lost connection every other minute so you had to manually reconnect, on the 4th and 5th floor, on lower floors it worked fine. The spa area and staff there was very good. The general service and kindness from the staff who did everything they could was excellent although our stay didn't go as planed.

Bad behavior spa workers, bad experience

We had a bad experience. It was a hotel we chose taking into account the comments and ratings, everything was good until the second day of our stay. Apart from the spa staff, the hotel is pleasant, comfortable, the employees are friendly and respectful; as a matter of fact, the rudeness of the spa attendant and 2 Vietnamese women was a shame. In the comments, we booked a place for the Spa because those who get a massage experience are included in the fee they pay or as free, we think that massage would be nice by the way they said that there is no need to reserve a place for the spa, we can come whenever we want, (by the way, they see massage and spa separately, normally massage does not include spa, but spa are complexes in which massage is included),anyway, when we came back, we said that we wanted massage, we were told that this was separate from the spa, we had to make an appointment, an appointment was made at 20:00, I asked if anything was needed, but it was said that the paper would be filled, it was nothing else. The fee was not mentioned. Hours passed, we canceled a few places from our trip and were there at the time told. 2 women and the man in charge were there;he took out the papers, said how would you pay; we said you didn't mention the fee,we asked how much it was, he said 100 Euros per person, we said we didn't want it,we went out, they laughed loudly behind us as we walked towards the elevator, so it was a shame,and a lot, we couldn't sleep in anger at night

Just off the square on a pedestrian zone, great location for the Mother Teresa house and some local bars, but only a short walk to the bazaar! Newly opened and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Good sized pool!

I am not sure if it was a brand new hotel or a refurbished hotel, it was hard to find, the parking was hard to find, the transfer from the parking lot to the main hotel. It was very uncertain very unfinished. You had to walk through an unfinished building with no signage. The people are the reception was very friendly. The actually room that I had it was spacious the bed was comfortable, but you could see that the finishes were not done. The furniture was a bit dated and missing parts. The holes around the fixtures in the walls were not finished., overall it was OK

Den utlovade jacuzzin fungerade inte och varit sönder 2 mån. Iskallt vatten på rummet när man skulle duscha. Kylen på rummet sönder. Kranen på wc sönder.Väldigt lyhört!! Väldigt begränsat utbud på frukosten. Flera uttag på rummet samt en spegel som inte fungera. Långt ifrån nått lyxhotell

Veldig bra opphold, utmerket lokasjon, midt i sentrum. God tilgjengelighet til alt. Siden det ny bygget hotell trenger det fortsatt noe utbedringer med tanke på at treningsstudio må utbedres med nye treningsapparater. Mer påfylling av frokost buffé ettersom det går for tomt. Ellers veldig hyggelige personale og bra service

Mitt i centrum med säker parkering

Bra parkering för bil, lite svårt att hitta parkeringsgarage men efter ett samtal med hotell så löste det sig enkelt Perfekt läge mitt i centrum
