"This property suited our needs for a football weekend. We loved the location. Don't expect anything fancy here. It felt like walking into my first apartment after moving out of the dorms. Queen sized beds would be a nice improvement. The property was very noisy. You could easily hear talking/snoring from the neighboring units. The other building tenants are college students. Loud at times, and frequent door slamming. I'm sure non-football weekends would be different. With all of this, we would still consider staying here again. "

"The location is great, proximal to a couple of great establishments selling organic food and excellent coffee. The house is comfortable, appreciate all appliances are in good working condition! Bathrooms and beds were very clean. One of the bulbs in the kitchen was busted but immediately replaced; one chair at the dining table was not safe with a missing screw / bent leg so we put that aside - but it didn’t hamper our enjoyment of our stay. Thank you, we had an awesome stay!"
