Lovely studio room with pullout couch and full kitchen and desk. The room was well equipped and tastefully decorated. We spent the weekend there for U-Mich graduation and were able to host our daughter and her partner to join us for a takeout meal in our studio. Staff were available and helpful. The dining area and lobby was decorated ti celebrate graduation weekend. I would definitely recommend the hotel as well for its easy access to multiple food shops, cafes and shopping options.

Room as spacious and clean. Staff were pleasant. Alarm clocks are hard to see by day, and don't light up at night. Surprising a hotel in Ann Arbor doesn't include Big Ten Network on it's TV. The "restaurant" at the bar offered two dinner choices the night I dropped by: A hamburger or one other choice that I don't even remember. The hotel had a power outage my second morning there, so no internet, coffee, hot water, etc. Some lights did work, and one elevator still worked, but that went on all morning, and most of Ann Arbor had no power issues. One other thing I didn't like is that they have an indoor pool, but no jacuzzi.

I was pretty disappointed with this place. If you're looking for a place to stay in AA, use any of the others. The actual place is fine, the breakfast is pretty good too, the room is good - but man oh man they nickel and dime you here. Parking is $40 and was not included. Water bottles were not included. I have stayed at hotels in downtown AA that do not charge me this much to park. A bit ridiculous.

This is my second stay at this hotel and both times were great. I will always come to this hotel when staying in Ann Arbor. It was clean and quiet, the fitness center and pool were of great use, the breakfast was good only inconvenience was the maintenance being performed around the property but even that was minor. Great place to stay!
