"My favorite hotel in Ann Arbor!"

"I loved the Graduate! It was my first time in this chain. Fun interior with University of Michigan decorations and touches throughout. The staff was warm and nice and local. Great vibe in the place. The long table through the lobby is a wonderful place to drink coffee, bring a laptop or have a semi-public meeting. Great light and energy in the lobby with lots of places to sit. I enjoyed my room. The bed was terrific and water pressure in the shower was strong. I found the room too dark, TBH. Quite a bit of dark wood. It was springtime with long days but I can only imagine how dark it might be inside during the winter. I used the fitness center on the third floor and found it well stocked and at a cool enough temperature to work out; I recommend it. And l enjoyed the cafe in the lobby as well; bought morning coffee and an egg sandwich each morning. Friendly staff and tasty food. Very handy to have inside the hotel for a rainy day or quick bite to eat. Overall I highly recommend the Graduate in Ann Arbor. I’m considering booking a return visit already!"

"The property is very clean and affordable, however, I would caution any women thinking about staying there by themselves. It is a shared living space with private bed and bathrooms. The issue is that there is only the keypad locking the bedroom door. No deadbolt or other security features. And it is just you and the other renter(s) there. No desk person, etc."

"This property is outstanding! It recently went through a renovation and it is wonderful. The home is so pretty and well outfitted for guests. I rented this property for graduation weekend for UM and I could not be more pleased with my experience. The owner thought of everything. The property is a 10 min walk to the Big House & Crisler Center which is where we needed to go for graduation ceremonies. The property not only has good common space inside, but it also has a spacious yard with a picnic table. Street parking was easy as well. The host was extremely responsive leading up to the rental too."

"The size of the home is ample for a large group. We were 12 people and fit comfortably. The living room was spacious. It would be good to know ahead of time which rooms are on which floors for rhe the elderly members of the family because of stairs. The location for graduation was perfect. "

"Staff knocked on door slightly after 8am and wanted to know when we were checking out. Check out was 11am so why wake us up?? "
