Hiltbrand Hangout is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home that sleeps up to 9 guests. The cabin has new wood flooring in the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your cooking and dining enjoyment and includes a dishwasher. Both the living room and family room have fireplaces (wood provided in season), satellite TV, and WiFi. The large, private deck has a gas BBQ for grilling your favorite meal. Enjoy picturesque views of Yosemite from this spacious and beautiful home. No Pets allowed. Does not have Air Conditioning.

Hangout house
The online description was minimal, could add more details to be better prepared. The property was clean and well furnished. It’s located inside the park but about 1 hour drive to Yosemite valley. The process is easy once you know what to except. Once you arrive to the office they have a bin outside with your registration info and keys. The office was closed when we arrived. We got lost trying to find the house, a bit frustrating. FYI, they provide a map inside the envelope. Most toiletries are provided but make sure to bring your own personal ones like hand soap, shampoo, Conditioner and paper towels, etc. The bed where comfortable but the fold out sofa is sooo old and worn out. Would not recommend anyone sleeping on it. The house also runs on cold side, so bring extra blankets and sweaters. The fire didn’t help out much. The kitchen is stocked with a little bit of everything except any food items. Overall, the place was very clean and fit well with our family. Would recommend.
