"Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and nice. The rooms are a little outdated and could use some sprucing up. The water park is nice but should be renovated to keep it modern and appealing to the eye. Overall the kids enjoyed the stay."

"Nice indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. 2 bedroom suite was spacious and I like the fireplace. The staff was helpful and maintenance promptly got our tv working within 5 mins. of calling the front desk. I would definitely stay here again."

The entire room was. covered inn cigarette smoke film. The. next room was occupied by someone else. In the last room we found a huge lint ball on the floor. TV did work. Could not call front desk since the phone was dead. The clock and lamp on the bedside table were not connected to the one socket since the extension cord was 4 feet too short. The mattress was so soft I could not sleep and my back is killing me. "

"Place is nice with clean rooms and amenities. It is close to what we wanted to do and quiet when we wanted. The only issue was at check in. There was a resort fee that was not mentioned in the listing. Then before they would give us our keys they wanted to schedule a sales presentation. They would ask questions but didn't seem to understand the word no. We had dinner reservations and needed to get checked in, unpack, and go. We were late for our dinner reservations. Besides the check in and unexpected resort fee. The unit and area is very nice. "
