My family loved the resort and the little water park. The staff were AMAZING, the room was perfectly clean and beautiful. We no issues our entire stay and it was amazingly quiet. We will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel location is great! It's super close to Busch Gardens. The amenities in the room are nice with the complete kitchen, however the room could use a deep cleaning, specially in the bathroom. The showers were very dirty, the grime was visible on the shower floor and on the grout lines it was not pleasant. I cleaned the sink faucets and the napkins turned pink from all the grime. The facility is nice, but it needs to be deep cleaned.

The room could have been cleaner. But overall, it's a great location. Short drive to Bush gardens and water park. Expedia claims that the hotel is a walking distance to bush gardens. Not true. Bush gardens is directly across from the hotel, but to walk there you have to cross a highway and railroad tracks. Very risky move. So don't believe their description. I spent an hour on the phone with expedia arguing about it.

We had a decent stay there. The room was large, comfortable, and centrally located to Busch Gardens. We had an issue with ants in the kitchen on the second or third day there, and they were able to move us to a new room. Was a bit inconvenient to pack up and move for the night, but I appreciated them not spraying chemicals when we have two small children. The biggest concern, which I knew from reading the other reviews, was the train that runs across the street, blowing its loud horn at all hours of the night. Depending on where you are situated on property really determines how much you'll hear it. They had a really nice pool area they seemed to be working on to get it open in time for Memorial Day, and a decent playground. I'd be interested in staying in one of the houses next time on property. It was a pleasant stay, and would probably stay there again if we had the opportunity.

We loved the conventient location in relation to Busch Gardens and other destinations yet in a quiet setting. Although we were on the go, the younger travelers loved the pool and game room. I liked the separate sleeping quarters. We had a two bedroom unit. It makes for better sleep after long days of sightseeing or amusement park visits. Adults could get up and enjoy the kitchen amenties without disturbing others still sleeping!

Beautiful property! Close to many of the surrounding attractions - Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly. There was an option to attend a session about timeshare but no one pressured you about it. Would definitely stay here again.
