"I was a bit skeptical of the place because of the pricing that I saw was so low. But honestly it was just a really good deal. Very nice rooms, nice pool area unfortunately we didn't get to use it. Front desk worker was nice. As long as pricing doesn't jump up drastically I would absolutely stay here again if the need arises. Not sure if because it was a time share thing or what, I did find it a bit odd that we had to take our own trash out. That is my only complaint."

"Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was honestly better than expected, and we thought the beds were comfortable. Air conditioner was also very quiet, which led to a good night’s sleep."

"WiFi was worthless-cut out constantly. Otherwise, it provided the basic clean room, bed and linens, hot shower with decent water pressure, TV, mini-fridge, and microwave. Huge dig out divot in the floorboards under the carpet-definitely a fall risk for many, especially if they have mobility issues. A/C kept cool on nearly triple digit sweltering summer days. Dated, for those that care. I don’t-just needs to be clean and well maintained for me-just a place to day sleep between night shifts, shower, snack maybe. It was well quiet enough for me to sleep soundly during the day, which is critical for me. Would’ve been nice to have the wifi to listen to sleep stories/sounds from my soundcancelling wireless Bluetooth earbuds; but, whatever-not a deal breaker on a basic budget, “no tell motel.”"

"You can tell the owners take great pride in their home and property. The house is large and well stocked. Our family loved the large covered porch and spent time out there at night and my granddaughter loved to sit out there and watch the chickens.She also loved the little play areas spread around the house. Highly recommend and our group of 8 adults and 1 toddler really enjoyed our time in Williamsburg and the house was a main reason for it."
