Clean room (if a little dated) but the little courtyard was lovely to sit out and have a coffee. £15 per day to park or free on the street outside. Sensible level of breakfast - just enough.

Emerald Residence
Stayed in room 2 family room, large with fridge and coffee /tea kettle. Room was cold late at night but there were heaters to use. Great place to stay for access to York. Uber was £5

Radisson Hotel York
Clean room, good breakfast, staff efficient, attentive and polite at all times. Would definately stay here again.

Hampton by Hilton York Piccadilly
Everything was ok. That really is also the problem I have with it. Because the price paid - well over £200 for 1 night - wasn’t at an “ok” price range. Sure, it had a Smeg fridge, but we didn’t use it and honestly if we had we’d not really have cared what brand it was. Maybe though we’d have chosen ...

The Milner York
Room was clean and nice but heating did not work properly and after one cold night we were given small electric radiators. Breakfast was very average. Communal areas in the hotel were very nice although pool was closed which we had not been told about. Location is excellent.
