"The hotel was central and easy to find with our car rental. Japanese hospitality has been top notch at every hotel and this was no exception. We were met at our car, escorted to check in and up to our room. We were later than expected and looking for a quick snack ending up at the 18th floor lounge. We were surprise by the 550Y “cover charge” to go in. Other than that we were very happy with this beautiful, central hotel!"

"Staff was quite accommodating, and displayed excellent ability to anticipate our needs as guests providing an English speaker. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. If you would not like to try the food available at the hotel, the bus has a stop at the front of the hotel which goes to pretty much every major part of the city. Personally my favorite part of the hotel was its location. Great place for some peace & quiet."

Breakfast has a ticketing system and can get packed quickly but we usually ate when it opened and had no issues. Buffet style breakfast with plenty of options and great tasting. Room was spacious and clean. Overall a great stay and would stay here again ! "
