THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku
The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However the room was tiny. There was no where to put anything . The bathroom was funky . Overall it was fine, just dont expect much.

VIP access that gave us two free drinks on 32nd floor made us feel like a second class citizen because they changed the menu on us as soon as they realized we were there for the free drinks. I don’t care to feel that way

Automated check-in was soulless. Too few electric sockets in room. Advice was to close window blinds in bathroom but they wouldn’t close properly
