"Overall experience was good. Staffs were friendly, breakfast was sufficient. However, the elevators are black color as well as the hallways. It was too dark and felt spooky. The magnetic shampoo/shower gel holder fell every time when we tried to press shampoo/gel from of the bottles. We must hold individual bottle in one hand and press with the other hand to avoid the magnetic holder falling."

"Rooms were exceptionally clean with beautiful views of the city and bay. They are also quite large for Japan. (We had 2 King bed rooms.) housekeeping was also excellent! We had the daily breakfast which offered a nice selection of Japanese and Western dishes and service was excellent! In fact, every employee we encountered was very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Yokohama. The Minatomirai station is close by and there are several restaurant and dining options close by."
