"Great location! The staff are super attentive, and extremely welcoming. I do agree with other reviews that paying extra for the pool is somewhat questionable, but the pool is awesome! You can go at night when no children are allowed, it includes an ice cream treat, and the view from the pool balcony is spectacular- the Ferris wheel. The hotel is also connected to the underground which is convenient for rainy days and avoiding crowds."

"Wonderful hotel that is located on the perfect spot for those guests who are embarking the cruise ship in the Yokohama port. The staff is very helpful and very courteous. The room is nice, spic and span clean, and full of amenities. It’s a short walk to the China town. The train station (nihon-odori) is right by the hotel which is very convenient. We have a very good stay there even for just one night."

Rose Hotel Yokohama

"Rose Hotel is very conveniently located, close to the subway / rail lines and to the cruise port where we boarded our ship. The staff was very courteous and helpful, giving valuable advice about local restaurants we never would have found by ourselves. The rooms were clean with plenty of space. All in all staying at the Rose Hotel was a great choice for us."
