Never again.

Unpleasant odour in room. Duvet over sheet. Duvet used by previous occupants smelled of BO. Bathroom very cramped. Toilet and sink overflow dirty. Bed and pillows very hard, unable to sleep. Chairs badly stained. We regret wasting our Hotel.com rewards on this hotel. The photos advertising this hotel very deceptive. Can’t fault staff.

部屋の浴室は水、湯の蛇口で温度調節なしが不満であったが、今回は大浴場の人口温泉に行ったので気にならなかった。 イオンモールに歩いて行ける距離にあり、大変便利。 鈴鹿サーキット走行会参加時に毎回利用している。

部屋はやや古いにおいがあったと思います。 かぎをはめると電気がつくが、大浴場に行くときにかぎを抜いて行ったがエアコンも自動で止まってしまっていたので風呂上りに涼みづらいのがいやでした。
