My wife and I had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Marriott. The room was luxurious, breakfast was terrific with an array of tasty options and the service from the hotel staff and management was impeccable.

What a beautiful resort with amazing view of sunrise, Borobudur temple and mountains from the infinity pool, bedroom balcony and the other side of resort, surrounded by mountains. We absolutely loved our stay here at Plataran Heritage Borobudur Hotel. We arrived exactly a week after the hotel opened for business, so construction work was still being done. However, majority of the hotel was complete and it gave off a heritage style with a sense of modernity and sophistication to it. Our rating: 4.5/5. Staff are helpful and incredibly friendly. Expect to exchange ‘selamat pagi’ etc with everyone! Rooms and facilities are all modern and very clean. Bonus was how they generously two bottled waters on the coffee tray/desk each day.
