"We booked a lofted room for our family of three. The room was over all, clean. We loved that the staff was very friendly and our room was tidied up and replenished daily. Location was great. Subway/metro line 7 was conveniently steps away. Laundry room and gym were both great additions. Area is safe and quiet and several coffee shops right down the street. Great value for the price. I’d book again! "

"The three young ladies at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. I was offered a free room upgrade, but I could hear everything through the vents. The occasional mobile ringtone, the hourly shower or rain water crashing against a hard surface, the chatter from the hallway, and etc. I found loose hairs of different textures on the sheets and blanket. One of the bath towels had red food stains from what looked like hot chili oil. The communal spaces were filthy. The washing machines require you to download an app. Luckily, I was only there for one night."

"I was back again at this hotel and it's one of my go-tos in Shanghai. The hotel is nice, breakfast is good, rooms are nice, and important for me it's right across the street from Shanghai train station. The metro exit is right next to the hotel making getting around in Shanghai very easy. The one thing I don't care for is the elevator system. For whatever reason it is very slow, so if you are on a high floor sometimes you will need to wait quite a while for an elevator. But this is only a minor inconvenience compared to the benefits."
