"Absolutely incredible hotel. We stayed a night then spent day here before a late flight. The hotel and restaurants are amazing and there was so much to do the next day we where not bored at all before we went to airport. Highly recommend wish we spent more time here. Entire hotel is like a work of art. I am heavily tattooed and it wasn't a issue at all in hotel pool or the resort pool only the traditional spa was not allowed for me."

"It was a super clean room with extremely hospitable staff . They’re always paying attention to you and making sure you’re well taken care of and never ignored! I was impressed. The Vy bar has great vibes and wonderful bartenders that let us practice our Korean ordering with them! the room allows you to order any thing you can imagine that you’ve missed . Comfy slippers and robes, really comfortable pillows and duvet, and the black out curtains had not a millimeter crack of sunlight which helped me sleep like a baby! I was extremely comfortable during my stay, which initially I was so frustrated by since I was forced to stay one more night in Korea due to a flight delay, but the staff at Grand Hyatt turned the experience around for me and allowed me a peaceful last evening here. Airport shuttle was comfortable and had so many seats. it was difficult to find where to stand to get on the shuttle though , I had to ask 3 Korean locals at the airport"

"I would give Nest Hotel Incheon six stars if I could. The room was perfect, the grounds were amazingly beautiful and restful, and the restaurant was top of the line. This was my first visit to Korea and everyone was very helpful and considerate. I may not travel back but I would highly recommend this as a convenient place to stay near the airport."

"There was no front desk representative available. I had to call and waited until 3pm to meet the rep and checked-in. The room was clean. The selling point of this hotel is the airport shuttle. It runs average every 15 minutes."
