We appreciated the professional and kind staff. The location was fantastic. It was easy to walk to beautiful landmarks. The train made it easy to get to other parts of Seoul which was clean, easy to navigate and safe way to go. Our room was kept tidy and stocked, The morning buffet was reasonable and delicious. We would highly recommend staying here.

Many good standouts at this hotel, but 2 that were the most notable:
- Staff: Mondrian had a great staff that really made the hotel worth it. Great communication, happy to help and dive in. I had more quick interactions with good staff at this stay than probably any other hotel I've been to. I felt very comfortable and knew my needs would be taken care of.
- Privilege roof bar: It's not a must have, but we love to stay with a bar on-site. This specific one was a big highlight, with really great drinks and friendly staff. The drinks were more expensive than we would get outside the hotel, but it was a really nice amenity, especially on a rainy day.
