Beds are hard as rocks and there's not a single place to sit down outside of your room unless you pay to have overpriced whiskey in their bar. Nice view of Namsan tower but the window needed a cleaning and the room smelled weird. Everything was outdated and needed a fresh renovation. Big plus was the brunch downstairs. Food was really good with many options and the price was exceptionally good. The entrance to the hotel was a mess with picketers when we stayed there a big eye sore. Hardly any space to walk on the side of the bed. I had to get on bed from bottom of bed. There is really no lobby. There is no coffee facility in room either. The check out time extension is charged by the hour. If your visit falls on Sunday and Monday no museums are open and they can not book you for DMZ due to marathons etc. That is what the only one person at desk told me.
