Nice room. But no balcony while 90% of rooms have one. Took a credit card $150 deposit charge but when we ate lunch would not let me charge to the room. Had to pay by cash or credit card again. Advertise airport transport but not available as early as we have to go. And even though we paid for breakfast, not available as early as we want it.

This trip was nice. The Y bar restaurant on the ground floor service was very good, and there is an amazing brisket slider combo that was out of this world! the room is generally nice, but not too cozy. the bathrooms could do with some upgrade or focused maintenance.. but all in all i would recomment this hotel. good value.

Staff were super friendly. Great advice from concierge team. They had good knowledge of the area. Would love to come back and stay here in the further. Went into all other hotels in the plaza and personally I think the Rotana has the best pool area.

Lovely stay. Nice hotel and good location. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. The breakfast had a huge choice. Clean, tidy and friendly staff. The pool area always had sunbeds (I stayed in February). Comfortable room with everything I needed.
