"The property is in a perfect location with grocery stores, restaurants, queen victoria markets and central shopping centre/train station all within a 5 minutes walk. It is very easy to travel in this area with it also being in the middle of the free tram zone. The property itself is in a secure highrise building which needs a key tag to get inside. It was very clean and all ammenities we needed were provided. The big floor to ceiling windows facing the city gave us a wonderful view that changed...

"I stayed here with my husband for part of the trip, and then by myself for the rest of my 2 week stay for work. Good location - I was able to walk and tram everywhere. The propery manager was very responsive and replied to my messages within minutes-hours. However, the place is showing its wear and tear as a rental. The table/chairs were quite wobbly/unstable, the main frying pan is unbalanced and won't sit on the stovetop without falling over. The shower door didn't open/close so I left it open...

A few things requiring some maintenance in the apartment, when reported, property manager responded. The apartment has been well used and is showing signs of this.
