アメニティや家電の備え付けのものが、私たちにマッチするかとても不安でしたが、まーったく問題ありませんでした。特にドライヤーが最新のもの、洗濯機には洗剤備え付け、サランラップやアルミホイルはさすがにないかなと思って用意して行きましたが、しっかり備え付けてありました。2家族で行きましたが子供たちも大満足のようで、本当にいい思い出になりました。富士山が間近でみられるのもかなりいいポイントになりました！ありがとうございました。

建物、中庭、設備・アメニティについては申し分なく、快適に過ごせました。
事前に送られてきたキーコ ードに不備があり入室に手間がかかったこと、建物の裏側に廃棄されたアメニティが積んであったこと、は残念でした。
ペットも泊まれる素晴らしい施設でまた利用したいと思うのですが、総合的に考える料金が高すぎるような気がします。

犬と宿泊できたのがよかったです
犬と宿泊できたのがよかったです。
犬用グッズもあり助かりましたが小型犬用と一言事前にお知らせいただけると、我が家は大型犬なので必要な物が持参できました。
湖畔まで歩いていけて、散歩に最適な立地でした。テラスやジャグジーから月が見えて気持ちよかったです。

コテージ？自体はとても素敵で内装、備品
そしてお風呂、凄く良かったです！
ただ、コップやワイングラス、コーヒーカップがプラ製品だったのは仕方ないとはいえ味気ない
今回は1歳と3ヶ月の赤ちゃん連れだったのでダブルベッドがくっ付いて設置してあったのは気 兼ねなく寝れて良かった！
ワンコ用の備品もキチンと揃えてあり、使い慣れたケージだけ持ち込めば上で私達が寝ても安心していられると思う
今回は、残念ながらお留守番になり連れて来られず(´༎ຶོρ༎ຶོ`)
違うVacationSTAYも試してみたい！

前回は箱根、今回は山中湖とどちらもすばらしい家族旅行となりました。
家族構成が夫婦、娘夫婦、息子夫婦の大人6名とペットの大家族ですので、一棟借りできる（VS）は非常にありがたいです。
コロナ禍中外部接点がなく映画や音楽、雰囲気を楽しみながらの食事や宅飲みが可能です
箱根は温泉、山中湖はジャグジーと旅の疲れと飲みすぎたを体を癒すにはありがたい。
ペットもリードなしで走り回れるドックランに夢中でした。
早朝の散歩ひんやりとした空気と鳥の鳴き声、湖と富士山の景観は素晴らしく来てよかったと思えるひと時でした。
前夜に雨が降り、ガーデンデッキに水が溜まりBBQの用意に苦労しました、清掃用具あるといいかも。

最新の電気機器が揃っていて、試してみるのが楽しかったです
最新の電気機器が揃っていて、試してみるのが楽しかったです。はしゃぎすぎてブレーカーが落ちてしまったのには驚きました。
生活スペースはとても清潔で、食器なども安心して使用できました。連泊しても楽しめそうですが、レストランやスーパーなどの案内があると嬉しいと思いました。
ワンコと一緒に泊まりましたが、お庭も満喫 床暖でぐっすり 湖へのお散歩など楽しく過ごせました。

共用棟でのチェックインの際、何組かが暑い屋外で待機していました
共用棟でのチェックインの際、何組かが暑い屋外で待機していました。その後に並んだのですが、一組ずつ建物に入り結構時間がかかっていたため日陰が欲しいと思いました。オペレーターさんとのやりとりは、最終段階で接続が切れたり、次のオペレーターさんの電波状況が悪く音声が途切れたり、かなり手間取りました。
チェックイン後は、施設・環境共に申し分なく、家族全員大満足でした。調理器具など全て揃っていて何不自由ありませんし、バーベキューのためにたくさん買い込んだ食材やお酒も大きな冷蔵庫に収まりました。寝具や水回りも清潔で気持ち良かったです。特筆すべきは、施設から5分ほどの湖畔からの富士山の眺めです。全景が望め大変感動しました。
チェックアウトは1分経過で端末での操作ができなくなっていましたが、オペレ ーターさんとのやり取りで無事手続き完了できました。
機会があれば、またお世話になりたい施設です。

BBQするとブレーカーが落ちます
BBQするとブレーカーが落ちます。
問い合わせしたら、電力が家庭用のアンペアと同じなので部屋の暖房や電気を全て消して
BBQするように言われた。謝罪するでもなく当たり前のように。
１１月末で氷点下なのに暖房使えないなんて、冬は絶対行かない方がいいです。
オペレーターの対応も大変悪く、「言われたところで今日電気工事はできません」と。
そんなことはわかりますし、気分が悪かったです。
「BBQ設備はありますが、BBQをする際は部屋の中の暖房も電気も使えません」と
予約サイトに記載して欲しいです。
