The pool is visually impressive with its attractive glass stone mosaic. The water surface can be protected with a roller blind and the outdoor shower with hot water. This shower is also suitable after the sauna sessions.
From the various rooms and from all three terraces you can enjoy an unobstructed, magnificent 180° distant view of the Atlantic, the marina and the island of Fuerteventura.
In the secluded garden, various types of cactus and flowers bloom all year round. Parking spaces are plenty in front of the villa on the very tranquil street as well as in the garage exit.

The bathrooms allow for barrier-free shower rooms but still provide a bath for your relaxation and Geberit toilets are fitted with intimate showers.
All of the doors and windows are tiltable, with triple glazing and the windows are equipped with insect screens. The doors are designed as elegant cassette doors. Both living rooms are equipped with large flat-screen TVs with satellite reception and WiFi internet reaches all rooms.
