The bed was super comfortable, the room was great, and the social areas provided a nice space to eat or work while mingling with others. The staff could not have been better — helpful and responsive. While practical and tasty, I’m not really a microwavable kind of person… fresh products would have been great. Anyhow, thanks again!"

"3rd time staying here. Connected to Jr utsunomiya station. Corner twin room spacious , and bed pretty good. However breadfast does not really change and staying 4 nites can be tiring. Onsen is quite good, with an outside pool. Use this hotel to visit nikko as jr local train is so comvenient. Also use JR to travel tohuku region like sendai n morioka."
