"Jose was always just a text away if we needed anything. Hurricane took out the power to the house. We had solar power which took care of almost everything. There was 9 of us total and we had a blast. I recommend the snorkeling out of fajardo beach. "

"I am really impressed with the quality of the house guest. He provided clear directions to the home on the first night. Also, he was very patient explaining over the phone all the details such as where the air conditioner control was located etc. The house was very clean with perfect ocean and marina views. The furnitite is very comfortable. The bed in the master was superb and comfy and it fits bigger sized people. This owner is definitely a super host. I will definitely rent this house again....

This brings the house up to date with some great additions like the outside bar, remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. The A/C worked fine, particularly important at this time of year. "Not as clean as expected. Dirty clothes left behind by previous guests found in rooms.Alsi grass not cut, we had to call and property manager did have someone come out very quickly to complete. Overall home had space (not to sit and talk) but for eating and sleeping our large group. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was also very convenient. Locked gate and pool."

"This home is beautiful. It has four very comfortable rooms and a full kitchen, and spotless. I felt like I was in my own home. Having the pool next door was great. I would stay here again. The only issue is if you are traveling to the other side of the Island it is a few hours of a ride 2 -3 depending on where you are going. My only negative would be each bed needs better pillows we all had neck pain. Other than that it was great."

"Pros being Anges was great with directions on how to get to property even at 1am. The area was the best of area looks wise but location wise it was conveniently located in middle of traveling to to each end of PR. Anges was very helpful with questions and ideas of things to do and places to eat. Extras were provided such as eggs and crackers n lunch meat. Brita water filter was available which was nice! "This VRBO was the way. Period. Hector and Kim gave a very welcoming feeling being introduced into the home. Although we didn’t have the privilege to meet Kim, Hector was very kind and accommodating. We saw him 2-3 times as he was passing by which, although he was very nice, it was nice to not feel heavily monitored. The home was well furnished, the couch was comfy, the beds were great, the pool was amazing! Thank you from Boston, MA!"

"Overall stay was great and will definitely recommend and consider returning for another stay in future. Pros: Large home with lots of space and room for 2 families of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids each) to spread out. Loved the location, gated community, ocean view, pool, & available laundry. Manuel (the host) was friendly and easy to communicate with. Cons: For our 10 day stay, it was not ideal having to live out of suitcases since there were no available drawers to unpack luggage. Not a big deal...

"There was a confusion at check-in with the first floor and second floor stay but I had not settled in yet so it was resolved. The House keeper was beyond an exceptional person. The neighborhood is tranquil, hospitable and safe. Everyone that I made connections with was humble and with good spirit."
