I had an amazing experience at Adam’s place. The home was exactly as described very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was quiet, scenic, close to El Malecon with great food. The check-in process was smooth and easy.I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.Gracias Adam!

Hidden gem

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were exceptional. Home was very clean with contemporary feel. Private back garden was stunning. We sat in the evening mesmerized listening to the wildlife. Host was responsive and accommodating. Great look at how locals live. Nice locations to the beach, board walk, restaurants and sites. Highly recommend.

Little Oasis

I loved everything about our stay. The rooms where spotless and beds super comfortable. The AC works perfectly and cools down the room within seconds! The whole place is powered by solar energy, which is amazingly sufficient. Adam was an amazing host and accommodated all our requests and questions immediately. The Mofongo restaurant recommendation was next level! Thank you Adam!

Live like a local

Perfect location, very welcoming guest home and fantastic host. Spacious and private as advertised. Beach, forest and local attractions all close by. This is not a tourist trap, it’s a small friendly community that we truly enjoyed.

5 Star stay

This place is truly amazing. The attention to detail the host has is amazing. From the decor to the comfortable beds you get. I would recommend anyone to stay at this location. It is truly worth the amount of money you pay to stay at a place that is clean, comfortable, spacious, and safe. By far one of the best rentals I have ever experienced. You will not be disappointed staying here

Very clean and well appointed rental. The host(Adam) was exceptional. Always asking what he could do for us to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Great location and private. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect peaceful and comfortable retreat

Adam and his wife are gracious hosts. They stay out of the way, but are there at your disposition. I was looking for a quiet spot and this was the perfect location in a gated community. I felt like I stayed at a give star suite. It’s a 3 minute drive to the beach and restaurants.

Nice place to stay

Our host, Adam, was wonderfully communicative and very helpful.The house is located in a safe gated neighborhood about a quarter mile from the ocean. The listing was fairly accurate, although I think you share the patio with the other people in the house. The second bed and desk are not actually in this listing, but perhaps a door unlocks to access them. You can park on the street. Hot water showers are dependent on whether the propane is full (Adam kindly filled it for us after my cold shower). Please note, the closest access to the ocean is not a “beach”. The ocean breaks against a wall, and above the wall is a street with about a dozen bars that offer food. Not really a great environment for single females or families. I think you can access a sandy beach a short drive away. The listing was clean and well equipped. Enjoy!

Quiet and private oasis

Fist time to Puerto Rico, Vieques and Culebra and we loved our places to stay! Naguabo was a great location to ferry ( we Ubered the entire time) and we enjoyed our host and and friendly residents. Our apartment was beautiful and cozy and all of our needs were exceeded! Our host was gracious enough to even drive us into town so we could grab some dinner!! Thank you Adam!! We were able to walk back, but do so during daylight hours because part of the sidewalk from town is overgrown. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful, serene, and close to everything you need to experience in Puerto Rico.

We knew this was going to be a good stay based on the reviews and pictures but our actual expsrience surpassed our expectations. Adam is a one of a kind host. He was communicating with us the whole time from the time we landed at san juan till we arrived at his home. Yes it is at his home and at first we were a but unsure but the rented property is in the back with a private entrance and a beautoful patio complete eith outdpor kitchen, sunshade purgola, landscape lighting for night and a ton of cool wildlife that you nturally find all over the island. We used this as our homebase while in puerto rico and did differen things everyday all over the island. After our stay here we went to a vrbo in isla verde in the city andand missed adams property so much. Yoy will not be upset choosing this property and my wife and i will absolutely be back. Thank you adam and your wife!

Live and Learn

The absolute best thing for me was the softness of the sheets and the comfort these rooms provided from the high humidity and heat of Puerto Rico. For the most part, the description of the listing was accurate. Although not as pristine as pictured. The "kitchen" is not a full kitchen rather a little nook with the basics that Adam called the coffee station. There is no espresso machine, coffee grinder, or ice maker that we saw. Also, we were told to only turn one appliance on at a time due to a power surge that would occur from the overload of power. Even just turning on the heating element blew the power. Resetting the power, we found out why and it was concerning to see how everything was connected behind the mini-refrigerator. We made the mistake of purchasing quite a bit of groceries during our two-week stay, most of which we couldn't store in the "kitchen" and some of which the homeowner thankfully allowed us to store in his freezer. The Internet speed was not as high as I was accustomed to, so I defaulted to using my phone hotspot. Communication with the homeowner was easy—just a text or phone call away. Again, the rooms were comfortable, but there were some issues with the property. We had to navigate a brownout, and the water got shut off at the end of our trip for half a day. While it was not Adam's fault, it was an inconvenience. I definitely recommend you only stay 1 or 2 nights, rather than long-term.

Beautiful, Safe, and Perfectly Located Stay

This was a great and truly beautiful place to stay. The neighborhood is private, secure with controlled access, and extremely safe and quiet—perfect for relaxing. The property was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location is excellent and close to everything. While the listing shows it as being in the El Morillo sector near El Malecón, it’s actually just a short drive away—very convenient!Adam was incredibly attentive and super responsive throughout our stay. He made us feel genuinely welcomed and added a personal touch to the trip. Highly recommend!

3 days weekend stay!

The place was very near, clean and in a gated community! Adam (the owner) was kind, helpful and very informative. We went for a Destination Wedding and it was just minutes away! It was a Breeze! Family vacation

The host is so kind and considerate. Very willing to help. It is an apartment connected to host house. Has two bedrooms, bathroom, and small kitchenette. The backyard is beautiful with a garden, grill, patio area. The coquis are such a beautiful sound to fall asleep to. Gated community with playground for little ones. Relatively close to ceiba ferry.

The Garden Suite was comfortable and relaxing.

The property was nice, clean and felt safe. It is in a gated community at the back of a home. Patio with grill out back. The animal sounds at night were enchanting . The host Adam was great about communicating and sent pictures to help us navigate check in. The only thing was that the AC was off on arrival so it was extremely hot and took a long time to cool off. I understand and respect conserving energy but I would advise you ask to have it turned on prior to arrival especially if you are arriving later in the day and intend to sleep comfortably. Very close to restaurants. Cute spot.

Absolutely stunning!!

First of all the photos will never do this home justice. The amount of care and love the owners place in this property is noticeable in every aspect of the home. This was an amazing, lucky find and i will definitely be back, likely just to stay here in pure relaxation. Just a note... bring ear plugs if you do not like noises at night, birds and such. Here you are in an aviary of nature and it's loud, lovely, and put me right to sleep. We did the rainforest during the day, and this was like sleeping there. Basically the same sounds I sleep to on my iphone sleep app. Lol. Thank you Adam, my parents and I are grateful for opening your home to us, was incredible.
