"Excellent customer service. The young man in the reception (i think his name was Aggelos) was super nice and he gave us recommendations on beaches to visit that are kid friendly. Also restaurants and activities. The room was clean and it had all the amenities we needed. The hotel grounds were clean and nicely kept. There were cats and kittens we got to pet and feed during our stay. The pool was small but perfect for kids. We tried to go to the beach in the morning and pool in the evening....

"This has been one of the best holiday we've ever had. The hospitality and customer service was above and beyond, we were always well looked after and felt like home. "My family and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. The staff checked us in quickly and you truly get the small bed and breakfast hospitality here. They have a beautiful pool with a bar and patio area overlooking the sea which made a beautiful place to relax and have a drink. They brought us snacks as well while we enjoyed a beer after a long day of travel. The beds were comfortable, rooms are clean, and the breakfast had a large variety of hot and cold dishes. The day we checked out they even agreed to keep our bags while we walked around and waited to board our chartered boat. When we came back to grab our bags they offered us to hang out in the pool area to cool off while waiting for our taxi. We were able to enjoy a drink near the pool so we can cool off and they even served us some Lemoncello shots on the house before we left. Id love to come back to Lefkada and stay here for a few days next time and highly recommend to anyone visiting the island. "
