The check in ladies continuously smiled and ensured all my needs were met, despite language differences. The kitche staff even reheated my food i purchased from outside. The room was exceptionally clean and cleaned everyday. The cleaning lady smiled all the time. The gym couldve been bigger but it go the job do e."

"Front desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isn’t fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls."
