"Everything is perfect. The drainage was clogged one night in the shower and we got immediate attention and resolved the problem. They provide a social room with free snacks and drinks 24/7. The whole property is really clean and very comfortable. One thing I don't quite get used to is toilet paper can't be tossed to flush but dump into trash bin next to it."

"The Rido is in an excellent location on Xinyi Road, there is a large park across on the other side of the road, and there's a subway station entrance just a short walk down the road. Taipei 101 and the convention centre are a few subway stops away on the red line, and the Taipei Central Station is a few stops in the other direction. So it's very accessible from both airports. The hotel's front desk has someone there 24 hours a day, which is a nice touch. There is a washing machine and dryer...
