Cleanliness should be #1 priority. I know the Hotel was no longer in pristine condition compared to 10yrs ago when I first checked in and experienced staying in your hotel but I noticed that the hallways& the rooms are not clean dust every where it triggers my allergy.

toilet seat very old. staff is helpful but the female one helping us check in no smile. was surprised to see only one side of the facade repainted. the other sides very rundown, if i had known about this, I probaly wudnt hv chosen this hotel.
thought it is connected with metro wud be very convenient but if with out suitcases there is neither no elevators nor escalators, the facilities not up to date

Feel unsafe because two stairs and the elevator are side by side and far away from room. The bathroom is very dark.

The check-in & out was speedy! Nice breakfast with many varieties. Thot the room is not too spacious but it’s clean and comfortable. Most important the hotel is just 2 minutes walk to Ximen MRT station.
