"Hotel felt homie and safe. All staff was super friendly. Resort is a bit dated, but I wasnt mad at it at all. They are upgrading little by little amd said next time we could request an updated room. We did have termites in our room, but once reported they came and recleaned our room, did some spraying and we were good from then on.would definitely recommended"

"The layout of this spotless unit is spacious and has a great balcony. Lots of towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella. There were many issues in our 4 months here beginning with the payment. The payments were converted to Canadian funds hence we were charged a conversion fee and we lost money on the conversion from US to CND. The bottom line was Christine was in charge of payments and not done well. The pool area was a disappointment: old chairs/green, cold pool/ hot tub did not work for the 4 months. Christine dealt with our issues promptly however I felt that she was sometimes frustrated with us as there were so many issues: thermostat is difficult to operate/ TV instructions/dishwasher/door lock was a problem 4 months. On arrival, 3 of 4 bathroom sinks did not drain requiring a plumber/drawers not functioning properly/ants. We asked property manager to have it sprayed which Christine did not like as she had arranged to have a free spray a few days later which we were not aware of. She told us if we needed it done again we had to pay. I had difficulty working the dishwasher and she told me to wash the dishes by hand. The living room furniture has covers on: cushions are clean but in disrepair/slide around/college dorm quality. Issues with the property: stuck in the elevator multiple times/entry gate breaking down/water pump broke down. We will not be back to this unit as Christine is a nightmare to deal with."

"Loved the stay. Villa is clean and well maintained. Pool is great and views are amazing. Host is very nice and accommodating in every aspect. If you’re coming to Freeport don’t hesitate and book here. Gate code to enter property for extra security. Grounds well kept. Lots of water toys and games in house for kids. Would definitely book again whenever in Freeport."

"The location of this condo is fantastic. Great views of the ocean and access to tide pools to the left at low tide and a great beach for the family a 3 minute walk to the right. Bryan was amazing with his recommendations and super responsive and beyond helpful. Stay here and you'll have a wonderful time in Freeport!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the condo it was comfortable and everything was just as described; short walk to the beach and the pool was solar heated. Easy communication with the owner Barry. Shopping is near and an excellent restaurant is in walking distance. Excursions swimming with the pigs and fishing was great and close by. "
