The place is quite expensive compared to the quality of service provided. The restaurant is also very pricey, and unfortunately, there are no other dining options nearby. I stayed for three days, and they only provided one small bottle of water; any additional bottles were charged at $3 each. There was no body wash or hand wash available—only a hard bar of soap for both handwashing and showering. The shampoo provided was of very poor quality. The TV only had one channel, and I couldn’t access Netflix with my own account since it wasn’t supported. There were several other issues as well, which made the overall experience disappointing.

Great area for a visit to the Grand Bahamas. This is area is still recovering from a disastrous storm that came through a couple of years ago, but Dolphin Cove makes the stay a comforting, enjoyable visit.

I stayed at this location it appeared to be a new construction which I was pleased with which was actually the disappointing part because when I checked in, and came back from dinner the power was out. A property that nice should have had a back up generator. The floor in the bedroom was also partially flooded when I woke up in the morning. When I went to check out I was not compensated in anyway after expressing my displeasure. Not even as much as a complimentary breakfast for my inconvenience. I would not recommend.

This Hotel is a Hidden Gem . The Mgr. is to be Commended on how Well the Property is Kept and How Pleasant he is . The restaurant’s food and service were amazing. We will definitely be Back. I encourage anyone going to Freeport/Lucaya area to not overlook this place.

Great Chocolate Chip Cookies upon arrival…hostess scheduled transportation to the airport. As we were checking in we met the Chef, “Brooks” and scheduled a reservation. Beautiful room, facility, premises and views. The customer service was excellent. We loved that our room had a full kitchen and were able to cook our meals. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant one night and food was absolutely delicious. The only thing that we did not like during our stay was that the a/c air handler return is in a closet in the bedroom which meant noise which impacted our sleep. Would definitely stay again though, but hoping they fix the design so it's no longer an issue
