"The place was a great value and as described. Very well stocked which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the back bedroom did not work to its full capacity. Owners did try to get it fixed, but our companions had to sleep with the door opened and was never comfortable. It was extremely hot outside, so may be fine when the heat was not so hot. We recommend the dock associated with this unit be marked with the unit #. Overall, great home."

"Five-Night Stay — July 2026We stayed here for five nights in July 2026 and had a wonderful experience. The Erringtons were excellent communicators and always responded quickly. They arranged taxi service to and from the airport, provided clear and concise directions, offered helpful recommendations, and even contacted local residents to assist us with services.One of the highlights was a deep-sea fishing trip they helped arrange. The boat captain was able to pull right up to the ramp in the backyard, which made the experience extremely convenient.The house was beautiful, comfortable, and very accommodating. The air conditioning was running when we arrived and kept the house comfortable throughout our stay. Having the van included was also a huge benefit and made getting around the island much easier.Our arriving flight came in early, and they kindly allowed us to drop off our bags before check-in. Our departing flight was later in the day, and they also accommodated us with a late checkout.We highly recommend this property and the Erringtons. Their communication, hospitality, and attention to detail helped make our stay easy and enjoyable."

"Our family had an excellent vacation. The pool was especially a nice accommodation since the beach water was rough many days (but we have no control over this) Our hostess responded quickly to any calls. was very friendly, responsive and informative.The washing machine was not operative but she told us to put a towel in front of it if we had to use. Our family packed clothing based on being able to use washer. But we managed. We stayed cool, kept the blinds drawn and fans on. The AC may need attention since it did not turn off at all. She was going to call repair guy but we asked her not to until we left just in case he wasn't able to fix. We were able to cook in the condo since we had all we needed to attain this. We would recommend this unit for a relaxing time."

"We enjoyed our stay at the condo it was comfortable and everything was just as described; short walk to the beach and the pool was solar heated. Easy communication with the owner Barry. Shopping is near and an excellent restaurant is in walking distance. Excursions swimming with the pigs and fishing was great and close by. "

"The unit was clean well stocked and quite perfect for my needs. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool area and all the grounds were well cared for. The outdoor chairs and lounge chairs in the pool area could be newer there were many that were broken. Overall I would recommend Coral Beach Retreat as a nice place to rent. "
