"Absolutely beautiful venue great staff the perfect mix of high-end without any sense of pretentiousness. Spa is absolute beautiful and despite all rooms being full, there was a distinct sense of privacy throughout the premises. Loved it."

Mastaguera Mallorcan style villa with pool and spectacular views

"The villa is quite remote but is in a spectacular location with views of the surrounding countryside on all sides. The pool is fabulous and the outside areas were where we did all our eating and socialising. The kitchen is quite rustic and could have been better equipped, especially with plastic glasses for use outside. Our only criticism is that the shower in one of the bedrooms was virtually unusable. The water pressure in the remaining bathrooms was very low. We were a party of 6 adults and 3 children. The barbeque, situated in its own separate area, was excellent and was used most days. The villa is about 2 miles from Pollenca old town. We hired a car and found this was absolutely necessary as the nearest supermarkets are in the town. We also had to drive to the nearest collection point to dispose of our rubbish. We used taxis a few times, using the Mallorcab app. There is a hot tub but we did not use it as the pool was wonderful. The villa is surrounded by olive trees and neighbouring almond groves, providing a lovely relaxing environment. We loved the villa and had the most wonderful holiday here with 3 generations of the family celebrating a 70th birthday."

"Nice surroundings with uninterrupted views to the distant mountains which gave a picturesque sunset backdrop at night. We stayed in Vesta rooms which were spacious and close to the main areas of the pool, reception, spa, and dining rooms. Our kids are 16 and 14 and we were fine using the adult pool which was the best option as it was a good size and normal depth. The main pool was a bit disappointing being a bit small and shallow throughout. We also used the adult dining room and bar which avoided the queues and noise of the main dining room. The food option for breakfast was fairly standard but ok. Dinner was a bit limited and repetitive. The hotel tried a few theme nights but the offer was limited and ran out quickly. Our daughter is vegetarian and there was very little choice throughout our stay that suited her. We were all inclusive and thought the best food option was the lunch restaurant by the pool, which had a good selection. Food was made to order and delivered by waiting staff. Although some options had an extra charge. The hotel is fairly isolated although there’s a good bus service to both Pollenca and Alcúdia beach which also stops at the old towns. Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities with welcoming and helpful staff."

"Villa idéalement située près de la mer et de deux villes importantes. Très calme, magnifique vue. Voiture indispensable. Proche de commerces, restaurants. Piscine bien grande, jardin, terrasse agréables. Tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Villa propre, chambres spacieuses, sdb impeccables. Andreu est très réactif. Rien ne négatif à dire, nous avons passé une excellente semaine."
