Mon Boutique Hotel

"Absolutely perfect location and an excellent experience from start to finish. Mon Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of our stay in Pollença, and we would happily stay here again. The room was comfortable, with an especially comfortable bed, and the housekeeping was impressively quick and efficient. The rooftop pool was also excellent—a great place to relax and enjoy the hotel after a day exploring the area. The 24-hour reception was particularly appreciated, as we had an early departure and needed to leave before regular reception hours. The staff made the process completely seamless. They were also very accommodating when we needed to add an extra night to our stay beyond our original booking. Everything about our experience was easy, comfortable, and well managed. The combination of the location, comfortable accommodations, attentive service, and rooftop pool made this a fantastic base for exploring Pollença. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Mon Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Pollença."

"This is an excellent property to stay at. It’s central to everything and very modern. There is an elevator to the second floor rooms and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel is fantastic. Service was exceptional. The only things I would mention - and not because it has anything to do with my review, but more of a “nice to know” is that one should pay attention to the amenities. They do not have a safe or an iron. Did not impact us at all, but for some, they might want those 2 things. Would stay here again and will recommend to friends."

"Absolutely beautiful venue great staff the perfect mix of high-end without any sense of pretentiousness. Spa is absolute beautiful and despite all rooms being full, there was a distinct sense of privacy throughout the premises. Loved it."

"Friendly and helpful host. Traditional Spanish holiday villa with a fantastic garden and pool area. Nice rural location near to Pollença and the coast. The decor felt a bit dated and overdue a refurbishment. We paid 4000 to stay for a week in August."
Mastaguera Mallorcan style villa with pool and spectacular views

"The villa is quite remote but is in a spectacular location with views of the surrounding countryside on all sides. The pool is fabulous and the outside areas were where we did all our eating and socialising. The kitchen is quite rustic and could have been better equipped, especially with plastic glasses for use outside. Our only criticism is that the shower in one of the bedrooms was virtually unusable. The water pressure in the remaining bathrooms was very low. We were a party of 6 adults and 3 children. The barbeque, situated in its own separate area, was excellent and was used most days. The villa is about 2 miles from Pollenca old town. We hired a car and found this was absolutely necessary as the nearest supermarkets are in the town. We also had to drive to the nearest collection point to dispose of our rubbish. We used taxis a few times, using the Mallorcab app. There is a hot tub but we did not use it as the pool was wonderful. The villa is surrounded by olive trees and neighbouring almond groves, providing a lovely relaxing environment. We loved the villa and had the most wonderful holiday here with 3 generations of the family celebrating a 70th birthday."

"Nice surroundings with uninterrupted views to the distant mountains which gave a picturesque sunset backdrop at night. We stayed in Vesta rooms which were spacious and close to the main areas of the pool, reception, spa, and dining rooms. Our kids are 16 and 14 and we were fine using the adult pool which was the best option as it was a good size and normal depth. The main pool was a bit disappointing being a bit small and shallow throughout. We also used the adult dining room and bar which avoided the queues and noise of the main dining room. The food option for breakfast was fairly standard but ok. Dinner was a bit limited and repetitive. The hotel tried a few theme nights but the offer was limited and ran out quickly. Our daughter is vegetarian and there was very little choice throughout our stay that suited her. We were all inclusive and thought the best food option was the lunch restaurant by the pool, which had a good selection. Food was made to order and delivered by waiting staff. Although some options had an extra charge. The hotel is fairly isolated although there’s a good bus service to both Pollenca and Alcúdia beach which also stops at the old towns. Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities with welcoming and helpful staff."
