I arrived two hours before check-in and was assured to have two single rooms facing the front. By the time I checked in just before 3pm they second front facing room was given away to someone else. My friend and I were then separated onto two floors with only one front facing room. No apology was given as a result.

Great Stay… streets around do suck
Everything when it came from the Hotel was good, really bad part was that the streets around are under construction so it was VERY INCONVENIENT. The whole downtown is horrible when it comes to traffic. Won’t stay around the area unless I’m sure that all of the construction around is over.

Service was not great but the comfort was amazing.
This hotel is great but does nothing to stop children from screaming up and down the hall at 11:30 at night but will call your room at midnight to tell you your guest needs to leave. Breakfast was okay. Room was amazing .

Great location and super friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which you could have down in the cafe or delivered to your room for a very nominal fee. The common areas of the hotel are updated and exceed the style of the rooms. The rooms are very basic but all that you need to rest. We chose this hotel due to their pet friendly policy and would stay here again if the need arises.

Good good!
good place to stay very comfortable and staff super friendly and helpful! Restaurant good food! The only thing was the towels where not clean...maybe they were wash but....they needed new ones or use more bleach on them. They had several stains.

Es un hotel bien ubicado, puedes realizar tus compras y conocer los alrededores caminando, dejando tu auto en el estacionamiento del hotel. Sin embargo debe contemplarse que no tiene elevador... por lo tanto hay que subir escaleras cuando te toca una habitación del primer, segundo y tercer piso.

Esta bien para un par de noches.
Lo bueno: muy cerca del centro, habitaciones espaciosas, ropa de cama y toalllas de buena calidad, ventilador de techo y aire acondicionado, es relativamente nuevo, muy limpio y me gustó mucho que aceptan mascotas. La calidad de internet y señal de TV son muy buenas las habitaciones interiores son muy tranquilas, aunque la vista es hacia una pared y cubo de.luz estrecho. Si tiene claustrofobia pida una habitación exterior. Lo que pueden mejorar: no dejan agua en las habitaciones, esto es algo estándar en hoteles de este precio. El desayuno es escaso, si le gusta comenzar el dia con un buen desayuno como a mi, es mejor no optar por el desayuno del hotel y comer en cualquiera de los cafes cercanos. La habitación (108) solo tiene un toma corriente y otro en el baño, no es un hotel para hacer trabajo de oficina desde las habitaciones. Aunque es muy limpio se les olvidaba cosas básicas de surtido en el baño.
