The hotel is clean and nice. But their restaurant is closed and there is no other restaurants or pubs for dinner in the neighbourhood. You will need to go to Burnie to get a takeaway or dinner.
Rooms are very nice and clean.
Only down side is a lot of trades use this hotel and they start early in the morning, noise more early in the morning when they are leaving.
Our room was up a flight of stairs. The water pressure in the shower was low.

Having booked for two nights we were unimpressed that the room was not serviced between first and second night. We feel that we have paid for a service that was not delivered. Some places offer a discount or other benefit if you forego room servicing.

Comfortable accommodation in an older style motel. Breakfast served to your door each morning. DVD’s available at reception to support appalling local television. Hot water intermittent in shower. A very comfortable bed.
We loved being located directly across from the beach and parks. We liked having 24hour access to our parking (just outside our room door) and it was a lovely quiet room.

Pretty average. Not worth what I paid for the room
After staying in some very poor accomodation to this point, it was like a breath of fresh air to walk in to a facility that was well organised, super clean, very helpful staff and generally a wonderful overall experience. Gold star to this facility!
Very noisy both early morning and later in the evening. Was told later that this can be a noisy room and perhaps I should have asked for a change of room if available at 10.30 at night. Not impressed.
Amazing hotel and fantastic staff
The only drawback is there is no air conditioning on the premises so the room was very hot!
We had to leave to another hotel as I am disabled and need a/c to regulate my body temp as it doesn’t do it itself like everyone else!
But the advertisement said air con in room with balcony
But alas no air con!

Warm welcome
Nice sunny outside area.
Rooms were ok. You get what you pay for.
Plugging the Jetty restaurant on arrival as highly rated on trip advisor was a let down waiting over an hour for a chicken parmy where they failed to put any sauce on which left a tastless peice of crumbed chicken with melted cheese.
With only 8 people in the restaurant it wasnt a case of being busy.
Contemplating canceling our breakfast order we gave them the benifit of the doubt and stuck with it but unfortunatly receiving cold ish reheated eggs and bacon which was like eating a peice of beef jerkie thats been in the panty for a month. Our mushrooms were like they scraped the left over mushroom sauce off the bottom of the pan from last nights service.
