"Everything was wonderful from start to finish.Hosts Olwen and Bruce were so friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. Cottage was spotless, beautiful linen, cosy wood burner and extra touches like coffee, milk, hot choc and marshmallows, were welcomed. Bathroom was lovely, clean and fully stocked with toiletries. We had an exceptional stay, loved everything "

"Our stay was cosy - the view is jaw dropping and good access to exploring the mountains area, and loads of space. The property felt very lived in (my wife stated "I think someone lives here?') - wardrobe full of clothes, used shoes and slippers, and a toothbrush and shower caps in the bathroom. The kitchen was a little dirty and we were unsure if the sheets in our bed were clean, and the pillowcase was very stained. The TV didn't work properly for us either. A great mountain base, great views (10/10), and good value too, but a slightly odd experience for us.Ralph was an organised host and check in was very easy, easy to deal with for sure."

"Everything was great about the Leura Gardens Hotel except the smart TV did not work properly (could not connect to internet). Front Desk staff apologized but said it’s just free to air. There were apps installed on the TV, but it was not great in this day and age to only have free to air. "

"The room was clean, the staff were excellent, and the breakfast was also excellent. We did have trouble with working the air conditioner, but staff came to fix it. We were disappointed that we didn’t have Netflix, as we did in the previous hotel we stayed in, but overall we enjoyed our stay, with the bonus spirit that took a liking to my bed!"
