"Great stay for a family of five! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The owners were very plesant and helpful, we arrived where most restaurants were closed. Owner gives us some recommendations to help us find a place suitable for kids. Close proximity to town and beaches."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Very convenient. Had a noise machine so didn’t hear the road. Room is very clean. Appreciated the continental breakfast."

"A short but sweet getaway, stayed on my way from Sydney to Melbourne. Woke up to the most stunning view over Merimbula in what was a very nicely styled, comfortable room. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!"

Great amenities for children - great play area, pool, playgrounds, even a giant ‘pillow’ trampoline. Craft activities and movie times even offered!
Close to the beach!
Kangaroos roaming around the area.
No pets allowed, so great for visitors not wanting to be bothered by barking dogs.
Friendly accommodating staff that makes sure your stay is great and hassle-free.
Only drawback is that some of the facilities need an upgrade and better cleaning, but overall facilities are okay.

We love road tripping , so we're used to stopping in at lots of different places. This was by far the most welcoming place to stay with perfectly clean rooms with everything you need for an overnight stop. The views were spectacular and the position was ideal for access to great food, lookouts and shops. We'll be coming back every year.

We loved staying in this tiny house by the beach.
It had 2 lofts... one for our daughter, another for us.
The beach is superb.
The Seahorse Inn has great food.

My stay at the Ocean View Motor Inn was excellent. Unfortunately it was only for one night to catch up with friends. I woukd have liked to stay for a longer period as the bed was very comforyable, the block out curtains definately did the job, showers hot with plentiful water, breakfast fantastic and the management were polite, professional and very obliging. I would definately be more than happy to stay again at this truly comfortable motor inn.

The best area to stay in Wyndham is within the town centre itself, particularly around the main street, Wyndham Street.
Wyndham's town centre is compact and offers the most convenient access to amenities and local points of interest. Wyndham Street is the focal point, where you'll find the general store, the local pub, and the post office. The town is located in a scenic valley, providing easy access to the surrounding natural beauty.
For couples looking for a relaxed escape, staying near the town centre means you're close to the local eateries and can easily explore the historic buildings and local craft shops on foot. It's a great base for enjoying the quiet pace of rural life and taking leisurely drives through the countryside.
Solo travellers will also appreciate the town centre's convenience. Being able to walk to everything you need, from a morning coffee to an evening meal, makes for a stress-free trip.
