"Amazing staff"

"Rooms are big with a fridge. Comfortable bed. Quiet even though the DLR right next to our room. Great location for exploring London and one stop away from the O2. Staff were nice and breakfast great. Couldn’t fault the stay and will stay again "

"Ideally situated for visiting the Royal Observatory, National Maritime Museum, Cutty Sark, etc. by way of a pleasant walk across the heath and through Greenwich Park. Also, the hotel is a short bus ride away from the O2 Arena, as well as Blackheath train station within 5 minutes walk, for access to central London. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is very good and offers plenty of choice, the evening meals are excellent in a relaxed setting. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. A great place to stay!"

"The main entrance scent was lovely. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They allocated a spacious and clean room for my family. There were shops near by and the station was just behind the hotel I was very pleased. One thing I suggest, upgrading the bathroom to a more aesthetic style and improving the breakfast menu I was not able to get plant based milk or yogurt for my daughter. "
