The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are really helpful. A wide choice for breakfast too. Location was perfect for the old town.

Excellent place to relax quitlty.
It ia an amazing place with gardens and the lake infrond of the resataurant. The room was excellent, breakfast of high quality.

Zdecydowanie najpiękniejszy hotel we Wrocławiu.
Polecamy ten piękny hotel. Znajduje się on 1 min od Rynku. Obliga hotelu jest przecudowna. Pani z recepcji pomogła nam bardzo, chociaż prośby były "niecodzienne". Hotel ma piękny design, jest czysty i najpiękniejszy z wrocławskich hoteli. Polecamy!

Great location for the bar’s restaurants and public transport to get around it really couldn’t be better One thing…. We booked as we needed a fridge but even though it s fired in the room they DON’T work

I was disappointed that the hairdryer was missing a power cord and, although I was told another one would be provided, that didn’t happen. I wasn’t allowed to buy a cup of coffee without paying for a full breakfast buffet, something I didn’t want. The location was perfect, but ivv be wouldn’t return

Best Hotel Ever, Except Noisy Street-side.
Best hotel ever. Superb. Except, if your room is facing the front street side, kind of noisy until 4AM or so. The front desk folks are too nice and way helpful. Breakfast was the best of any hotel ever. Room was exquisite. (Clean and upscale.) Central old town location.

Great location, friendly staff
We picked the hotel due to the great location and it did not disappointed us at all. It was super close to the city Center and there are lots of restaurants, cafes and pubs. The staff at the hotel was friendly and the room was spotless.

Large comfortable room
Very comfortable room, staff was efficient, location perfect. Some weekend rowdiness from the adjacent bars. The coffee with breakfast was not good but food was good. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

This hotel was lovely. Very clean, very friendly and the rooms are very cosy. The location is amazing with easy access to the town square and lots of pubs and restaurants to try. Prices in the bar also really good for a hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel in lots of ways, but not if you like actually sleeping. We had a room on the front of the building and the street noise from the bar/clubs around was just unbearable. The noise carried on until gone 4am on a Friday and Saturday and the hotel would not move us to a different room.

Couple of small niggles
Hotel was in great location and was very clean and comfortable just had a couple of small gripes. The room was windowless apart from a skylight, so had no view (and couldn’t look in advance of leaving if raining etc), the other thing was that only provided enough tea/coffee for one cup per day, which felt a bit mean for a 4 star hotel ( and on the final day didn’t leave any so couldn’t have a hot drink before departing to airport)
