Everything was great. From easy check in to easy check out. The room was very nice and cozy. Very clean. Amazing view of downtown from the bedroom and balcony. I will be staying here again!

this place had the noise level of a party hostel and ZERO soundproofing. Tenants tipping huge quantities of glass bottles down the trash chutes at midnight. And the creepiest panopticon of an elevator that I never hope to encounter again.

Kasa is good overall. However, the cleaning lady just barged in my room without knocking and pretended to be checking the place. Not good at all. No proper MANNER. There is only one person in the lobby checking in guests as well as taking luggages for storage. It would be helpful to have a separate person designated so guests are not waiting.

This by far was one of our best deals yet. Our room was a studio apartment that was absolutely amazing. Scenery of the Chicago sky line at night was amazing from our balcony. There was noise.. but hey thats what you get when you come to a big city. Absolutely loved it and would definently come back!!

Kasa is our go to when visiting Chicago! We love the apartment style units so we can cook and live comfortably. Super convenient to have Whole Foods nearby and the red line stop. Always felt safe in this area and it’s easy to get around the city. If you’re looking for amenities and 24/7 services, this might not be the place for you but we love the privacy, location and space. Great value - we will always come back to Kasa!
