"It was a delightful surprise. Easy walk to the beach. The condo literally comes with EVERYTHING you could ever need. The management company even had welcome kits, which were amazing and super helpful. It was clean, great location. Loved it. My ONLY suggestion is to have a way to separate the deck space so we could sit out with the dogs. We did get to meet the family that was renting next door and they were also there for UNCW family weekend. We will definitely stay again. "
