Great spot in Wrightsville

We loved our stay at Stephen’s apartment! He was an amazing and responsive host. The porch with a view of the water was a great place to hang out, and only steps to the beach. The inside was very cute and clean. Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay - very clean flat and great location. Would love more kitchen gear for cooking meals. Also - calling out a brew coffee maker since most places have pods and drip. Wasn’t a big deal but knowing what’s available in the kitchen would help meal planning. Thanks very much !

Unbeatable location

We enjoyed staying at this condo. The best part was the location. You were 100m from the beach in one direction and a 100m to downtown Wrightsville beach in the other. Tanya, the house manager was very helpful and available by direct contact. We had an issue with the laundry machine and she was able to resolve the issue quickly. The unit itself will need some more repairs and updating soon but serviced well as a home base for exploring Wrightsville Beach.

Great location but bad

The location was fantastic. The place itself was bad. Kitchen cabinets falling off hinges, shower doesn’t drain, freezing in the living room and sweating in the bedrooms. It’s not 1-1/2 bath. You can see light around the back door when it’s closed. Watched a giant roach run across the floor one night.

My family really enjoyed our stay, i love hanging out on the front deck watching and waving to all the people walk by. Short walk 1 way to beach and the other way to restaurants and ice cream.

4th of July Stay

Great week in Wrightsville for the 4th of July Holiday! The house is steps to the beach and steps to the beach bars and restaurants for all the nightlife. Ample parking for three cars, and great front and back patios for winding down after the beach. Stephen is super communicative if necessary, but we had no problems!

Great stay. 2 decks one in front and back. Just need to add more metal forks in case people eat in. We had 4 family members. At one point had 7 for a quick bbq.

Only issue is the listing notes 4 separate beds, however there are only 2 in the house. The other two “beds” are a blowup mattresses and a couch. Otherwise great spot!

The beach was accessible within a 1 min walk as stated. It wasn’t an ocean/beach view directly from the condo. It was functional and comfortable for a short stay. We did not need to use the kitchen much so what was there worked. It was also 1 minute walk to restaurants and bars. Really nice overall
