"The reception was very nice. Our room was very cold, it was very hot outside, but not sure why rooms must be kept so cold. We adjusted the thermostat and it was more comfortable. Bathroom - was clean, however there were a number of tiny ants - mabe 10 or so crawling on the tub. The caulking on the side of tub needs to be replaced. It has black, blown and bits of white along the edge - very old! The staff was very kind and engaging for extra needs. The grounds outside need attention. Counted 4 small whisky bottles on the sidewalks. Breakfast offering was very nice."
