This two bedroom apartment is on the lower level of a newly constructed home in Moscow Mills situated on 7 acres. Pull right up to the door with a private drive surrounded by trees and nature, yet still have quick & convenient access to Hwy 61 to get where you're going.
The space
Open the door and step into the open-concept living room with built-in electric fireplace with plenty of seating. Enjoy a family movie night streaming your favorite movie or show on the 50" Roku TV mounted just above the fireplace.

A snack or drink is just steps away in the kitchen stocked with all the pots, pans, cutlery, and small appliances you need to cook a 5-course meal. The refrigerator is supplied by a reverse-osmosis water filtering system so you can skip the bottled water. If you're staying for a while you'll enjoy having a pantry to keep your food in. A Keurig coffee bar is provided for your convenience.

The main bedroom has a king bed and it's own Roku TV so you can enjoy what you want to watch as you wind down for a good night of rest on the memory foam mattress. There's plenty of space for all your clothes with a dresser and walk-in closet. A large desk is also available for working so you can take that vacation-interrupting zoom meeting in peace. And you won't have to worry about connection issues with gigabit fiber-optic internet.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and smart tv of it's own. If you have little ones there is also a pack-n-play and a high-chair in the closet.

The oversized bathroom is stocked with plenty of towels and wash clothes as well as a hair dryer and first-aid kit just in case.

A top-of-the-line front-load washer and dryer means you can return home without a bunch of laundry to do, and the steam settings ensure that if you have an event to attend that you don't have to worry about wrinkles.

If you enjoy the outdoors, you'll love taking a walk around the 7 acre property, about a third of which is forest.

The entire 2-bedroom apartment as well as the 7 acres of field and woods are available for use. There is no access to the main house from the apartment and the apartment has it's own private driveway and entrance. Please do not park in the main driveway unless instructed to do so by the host.
