"I had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Antigua. The location is one of its biggest highlights—there are several restaurants and food options, as well as a supermarket, all within a short and convenient walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which made it an ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I was very pleased with the amenities provided. The property gave me a comfortable home-away-from-home experience while still allowing me to enjoy the feel of living like a local. One thing to keep in mind is that the walls in some rooms are quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can occasionally be heard. However, this did not take away from my overall experience. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The combination of the convenient location, peaceful surroundings, cleanliness, and local atmosphere makes this property a great option for travelers looking for an authentic Antigua experience. I would happily stay here again!"

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The cottage is cute, clean, and surprisingly spacious. It had the amenities we needed, and the air conditioning worked well in the main bedrooms. Ceiling fans throughout the house also helped keep the space comfortable. One thing to note is that the listing photos show a bathtub, but the bathroom actually has a stand-up shower. Also, the shower water pressure is quite low. If you turn the AC off and leave windows or doors open, be prepared for insects and other small critters, which is fairly common in the area. The property has a very secure locking system. The front gate must be locked with a key and bolt each time you enter or leave. While it's understandable for safety, it can be a bit inconvenient if you're coming and going frequently or are in a hurry. We weren't able to get the gate open to park inside the property, so we parked on the street without any issues. The area is very quiet, and there isn't much interaction with the host unless you reach out. Michael is friendly, and although he seems busy, he was helpful when needed. His mother is also available on-site and by phone if you have questions. I recommend planning ahead for transportation, as there isn't much guidance provided about local attractions or getting around. Be sure to do a little research before arriving. There is a restaurant about a two-minute walk away and a grocery store within walking distance, which was convenient. As long as you have transportation arranged, it"

"Excellent Spacious home, with a nice quiet location near to the beach, with open space, and a relaxing poolside for lounging and lots of gallery space, inside space and outside space to relax with your housemates. Friendly housekeeping staff very helpful with recommendations in the area. Spacious living room with a nice television setup for a potential movie night. Kitchen stocked with appliances for your cooking needs! All in all very accommodating, responsive and pleasant stay. Top preference for any return visits to Antigua!"

"Clean, spacious, and great privacyThis is a lovely, spacious cottage with everything you need, including a kitchen with all the essentials. it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hosts live on site but stay completely out of sight unless you need them, which gave us the perfect balance of privacy and peace of mind. Highly recommend!"

"Can't say enough great things about this little nook of paradise! The hosts are the nicest people ever. They helped me bring my things in when I arrived, went over everything, gave me the run down on the animals on the property (which I loved, they visited me in the morning ), & treated me to a rum punch after I got settled. It was clean, quiet, & the views were just so beautiful! I highly recommend your stay here. Super cool Nicole does cooking classes & will even make you something on request. I thought that was so nice. Thanks again guys! "
