Nestled into a quiet part of the country and good views of the sea. Room was nice and spacious, albeit a bit antiquated. Limited dining options next to the hotel so plan ahead. Kitchen requires you to plan a bit ahead for dinner, especially if its going to be late. I drove to the place so it was OK to get to and from the hotel but I can imagine would be difficult witha taxi. Staff was nice and accomodating.

Great stay

We really enjoyed a relaxing stay at this beautiful bed-and-breakfast. We were able to get to Dickinson Beach for some quality time and we also enjoyed the delicious Italian restaurant across the street. The owner is wonderful and was a pleasure to visit with during our stay.

What a wonderful place to stay. Jackie (sp) was super nice and accommodating. The location was perfect and the room even better. We loved our stay here! Tranquil oasis with a lovely pool, huge rooms and comfy beds, and delicious fresh fruit and coffee with a view every morning. Walkable to Dickenson Bay in about 7 minutes. We hired a car (would recommend) and was a great base to visit other parts of the island and near lots of good restaurants. Jackie was great and helped us with restaurant bookings and recommendations. The place was very clean and was a great alternative to the big resorts.

Warm Hospitality at the The Villas at Sunset Lane

Our spacious villa was beautiful and our host, Jackie, was outstanding! We were delayed on our flight and she had a warm meal awaiting our arrival. The property is clean and very well maintained and very quiet! Highly recommend! Please note there are multiple sets of stairs for those with large, heavy suitcases or mobility concerns.

The owner, Miss Jackie, loves his B&B and it shows. This is the right place if you dont like big hotels. However, if you feel like having a beer, the beach is just half a mile away.

Relaxing Stay!

The location is great, only a 10 minute walk from Dickenson Beach and a short taxi ride from St Johns (make sure to bring cash for the taxis). The Villas are well upkept and Jackie made cooking accommodations for my vegetarian diet. Breakfast each day on the veranda overlooking the ocean was priceless. Great place for a relaxing, semi-private vacation.

Cannot fault anything at all. Quiet, friendly and a good location. A nice safe area also. A short walk to the beach (8mins) and what a beach front it is. Breakfast was great and really chilled out. Lovely (stunning views) from the balcony area.
