You’ve got allocated parking, plenty of space to spread out and Wokingham Station is only around a five-minute drive away — handy whether you’re commuting, exploring or simply trying to avoid spending your entire stay in the car.



The Space:

Inside, the living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to actually cook a meal — including the all-important wine glasses for when cooking turns into ordering a takeaway. Upstairs are two comfortable double bedrooms with plenty of storage, plus a modern family bathroom. It’s a practical layout that works brilliantly for couples, colleagues, small families and longer stays. Pets are welcome too, because holidays are better when the furry members of the family get an invite.



This is a real home, not a show home. It has been lived in and enjoyed, so you may spot the odd scuff, mark or imperfection here and there. If you’re expecting pristine walls and a hotel-style finish, this may not be the one for you. What you will find is a comfortable, welcoming and fully equipped home with everything you need to settle in and enjoy your stay.

Our property is perfectly situated for effortless travel, located just a five minute walk from Wokingham Railway Station. For local travel, you will find the Shute End bus stop just a two minute walk from your doorstep.
